I want to be one of the first to let you know how much all of us have appreciated your unbelievable and undying leadership. … thanks to your great leadership we find ourselves post-election with an unblemished 6-0 winning streak. I couldn’t be more excited or appreciative of what you’ve done, so thank you for all that.
Your leadership is, you’re so detailed and you’re so committed. I’ve been the leader of so many organizations in my life, and almost every time I end up having to do everything myself because I can’t get anybody to do it. You have a wonderful quality about you. You’re organised. You’re consistent. It’s easy to work with you in that way. When I think about the organization that you helped put together in Citrus Heights, I mean I’ve never really been involved with a committee that was that consistently involved. Week after week after week we had seven to eleven people on those Zoom calls, and that’s not typical. So there’s some magic sauce there that you bring to the table that we need to make sure we take advantage of and we leverage it. You know, I’ve learned a lot from you, and I’m thankful that I’m part of the team.
